    We’ll have a phone consult to determine what you need. I’ll do the work; and create and share templates so you have reference material for the next time you need it.

  • Every team has people issues that crop up from time to time; the kind that can be potentially legally tricky and leave you feeling ill-equipped or under-resourced to deal with. These pickles can feel messy, overwhelming, and often urgent. Bringing in someone to guide you to a resolution can take the weight off your shoulders.

    Reach out for a consultation (either in-person or remote). Depending on the size of the issue, this 1-hour consult might give you the clarity you need. If there’s more to it, we’ll discuss my suggested next steps.

Bringing someone in can help you understand what needs improving (if you’re not already sure) and develop and implement a plan that’s right for you.
